Welcome to Hope Counselling

Hope Counselling based in Hilton, KZN was started by two local churches who recognised the need to provide faith-based counselling to members of the community.

We are a group of trained lay counsellors with a heart to help people who are struggling with daily life.  We address topics such a stress, anxiety, previous trauma etc all within the context of God’s love.

If you currently find your self in a space where life has lost its colour and you feel as if you are barely holding it together, we are here to journey with you through a period of growth and healing.

Reaching out and attending sessions can be so daunting and we understand this by taking the time to create a space where you feel safe and are able to trust the process.  If needed, we are also able to accommodate Zoom sessions.

All sessions consist of two counsellors to a client/s (individual or couple); the counsellors assigned will journey with you for each of your sessions.
